Shipping policy

 

Delivery throughout Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta.
Average delivery time: 2–5 business days (to a branch/parcel locker or by courier).

Delivery of items that are currently out of stock and available for pre-order is listed separately and may take up to 30 days.

Shipping cost:

The cost depends on the weight of the package:
— to a branch: approximately 70–75 UAH
— by courier: approximately 90–95 UAH

Please note: the cost is approximate and may vary depending on the carrier’s rates.

Cash on delivery service:

Payment upon receipt is made according to Nova Poshta’s rates:
— 20 UAH + 2% of the order total.
